Thatcher Dilley brings extensive development, design and construction expertise to his role as senior vice president of development west for KSL Resorts, overseeing all capital planning and development for the company’s western properties.
With more than 25 years of experience as a developer and general contractor in the hospitality industry, he is highly skilled at managing the complex development of multi-million to billion-dollar projects. With a solutions-oriented approach, he has successfully completed over $7 billion of developments, including the renovation or new build of over 13,000 hotel rooms.
Known for his keen problem-solving skills and meticulous capital oversight, Thatcher excels at collaborating with both small and large teams.
When he’s not working to create amazing developments and environments, he enjoys watching his son’s soccer games, spending time with family and walks on the beach. A devoted father, he also donates time and resources to J Serra Catholic High School and West Coast Soccer Club.
