KSL Resorts’ vice president of asset performance-east, Kit Pappas, is a 35-year hotel industry veteran with extensive executive level expertise working for such high profile brands as The Ritz-Carlton Company, Hard Rock Hotels and Capella Hotel Group. In his current role, his core responsibilities include overseeing operations of KSL Resorts’ East Coast portfolio – partnering closely with hotel teams to ensure a strong and productive company culture. In fact, Kit’s leadership style is characterized by collaborating with talented teams that share a passion to create excellence for employees, guests and owners. Over the years, he has honed a decidedly entrepreneurial approach – developed by helping create companies, brands, initiatives and participating in the opening and transition of over 50 hotels domestically and internationally.
When he’s not working, Kit enjoys exploring the great outdoors. He’s an avid runner, traveler, and reader – and tries to find time to improve his guitar skills.
