Ed Eynon brings a gold-medal attitude and experience to KSL Resorts. As the leader of the human resources function for the company, he sets the course for talent management, workforce performance, guest service and staff relations. He executes the KSL Resorts’ talent-based organization strategy and leverages human resources best practices throughout the enterprise.
A thought leader on workforce engagement, development and talent selection, Ed has nearly 30 years of experience across all sectors of the hospitality industry — from restaurants to hotels to the Olympics.
In fact, for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games, he received the Olympic Order honor and was credited with raising, preparing and engaging a workforce called “the best ever to be assembled for an Olympic Games.”
Ed currently serves on the executive advisory committee for the UCLA Anderson School of Business’ Human Resources Executive Round Table (HARRT). This committee is comprised of senior executive members from a representative group of business and academic organizations that advise HARRT executives on its strategy, content, programs and membership.
Outside the office, he enjoys family event planning, writing and putting his fluent Portuguese to practice through international travel. But his list of hobbies doesn’t stop there. Ed enjoys water sports, live entertainment, basketball, fitness, reading and maintains a world-class stereographic view collection.
