KSL Resorts’ senior vice president, select service operations, Brandon Frederick is a strategic thinker and seasoned hospitality industry professional charged with overseeing the company’s portfolio of select service assets. His responsibilities include day-to-day operations; sales and marketing development; implementation of annual business plans, budgets, forecasts and capital project plans; facilitating monthly financial and operational reviews; and identifying and implementing strategic initiatives at the regional and property levels. Additionally, he works closely with deal teams on business development and acquisition opportunities in the select service department.
With more than 17 years of hospitality industry experience, he was previously a senior vice president with Island Hospitality Management and also worked for White Lodging Services, working his way up the company ranks from sales manager to regional vice president. He has won multiple awards for his work as an industry leader but chooses to “lead by example” and gets the most satisfaction from seeing leaders who have worked for him, succeed.
He holds a Master of Arts degree in business administration and management from Harvard Extension School, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Florida.
An avid sports fan and grill master, he enjoys traveling with his family, golf and water sports.
