When KSL Resorts was enlisted as Asset Managers to reposition and rebrand the iconic resort, our deep dive into the property’s assets revealed underleveraged features. So, we focused on celebrating its strengths, enhancing quality and improving the guest experience while driving revenue and EBITDA.

KSL Resorts engaged with ownership, and the result of their aligned vision was a $40 million capital and repositioning plan to completely re-imagine this world class asset.

We opened up spaces to create grand sweeping views of the ocean, adding a light, airy, casual elegance to the resort.

We renovated the rooms, re-concepted the F&B outlets, added new retail stores, and re-envisioned the pool. The resort now boasts world-class cabanas that are the envy of the region.

We engaged Miraval—a leading name in the wellness community—to bring a spa experience like none other on the west coast.

The transformative repositioning has already garnered a number of successes, including reestablishing the resort’s Five Diamond AAA rating and elevation to #1 on Trip Advisor in the market.

To further capitalize on the renovations, KSL Resorts engaged our Global Sales Support to drive group sales.

By completely re-imagining the beach resort concept and experience, we brought out the soul and fun of the coastal California lifestyle. And results have been as stunning as the views.
