Michael is no stranger to the hospitality industry. His career began at “The Happiest Place on Earth”, working his way up from dish washer to working lead at the Disneyland Resort. By the age of 21, Michael had developed a passion for guest service while serving in operations leadership roles at Disneyland, Hotel del Coronado, and The Olive Garden / Darden Restaurants.
Seeking new tools to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, Michael then transitioned into technology leadership roles with high profile companies such as Technicolor and loanDepot. With a continued focus on the customer experience, Michael built out technology-enabled business services that captured market share and grew revenue. As Vice President of Information Technology for KSL Resorts, Michael leverages his diverse experience to implement technologies that delight our guests.
A devoted husband and father of four sons, Michael enjoys volunteering with the Boys Scouts of America and American Youth Soccer Organization, as well as skiing, scuba diving, and travelling the globe. Weekends you will find him grilling and camping in the great outdoors.
